Q&A – Complaints to the Council

Cllr Joanna Dabrowska asked:

  1. How many level one, level two, level three complaints against the council and how many referrals to the LGO since 2016 – per directorate?
  2. Of the complaints to the LGO, what were the recommendations to the council to action? Have they been actioned?

Ealing Council’s response:

  1. All recommendations are actioned by the services within the recommended timescales. The Ombudsman follows
    up with the council as to ensure all have been completed.
    Recommended actions from the Ombudsman for the year 2017-18 are listed in the appendix of the Ombudsman report presented to full council on 18 December 2018.
